The beginner hurdle group is primarily for athletes who has not hurdle before and hurdlers who has just started, which covers the basic hurdle walk over drills to set a solid technique foundation.

The advanced hurdle group is for hurdlers that already has the basic hurdle technique and wanting to get faster. This group moves much faster, a good workout, and deeper fundamental concept the trial and lead leg timing.

The Elite hurdle group information is exclusive. Approval needed to join.

Coaches and athletes that attend the workout together is the best learning circumstances because I would be able to coach questions with both parties.
